Client stories

Eight people, eight starting points, one method

Shared with permission and lightly edited for length. Names are given as people asked for them, some in full and some by initials.

I came in convinced I needed more discipline. It turned out I needed lunch. We moved one meal, changed what was in it, and within three weeks the afternoon crash that had run my life for years simply stopped happening. The rest of the twelve weeks built on that, and I finished with a routine I have kept for over a year.

Maya R.

Operations manager, two children

Achieved: Stopped the 4pm crash and got her evenings back

Full Spectrum Programme

Six sessions, one topic, no fluff. The thing that worked was not a bedtime routine, it was a fixed wake time and getting outside before nine in the morning, which I would never have chosen myself. I stopped dreading bedtime somewhere around week four.

Daniel K.

Software engineer

Achieved: Cut time to fall asleep from over an hour to under twenty minutes

Foundations

Every previous plan I had tried assumed I would be at home. This one was designed around the fact that I am often not. We built a stripped-back version of everything for travel weeks, and that single idea, having a smaller version rather than an all-or-nothing one, is what finally made it stick.

Priya S.

Consultant, frequent traveller

Achieved: Built a routine that survives a week of travel

Full Spectrum Programme

I arrived thinking I would have to leave my job. What I actually needed was to stop treating recovery as something I would earn at half term. We rebuilt the shape of my week from the ground up, and I am still teaching, which I did not expect to be able to say.

J. M.

Teacher

Achieved: Recovered from a long stretch of burnout without a full career change

Full Spectrum Programme

The starting point was ten minutes, which I honestly found insulting at the time. It was also the first thing in five years I did not quit. Ten minutes became twenty, then a proper session, and I have not needed motivation for any of it because it never felt like a leap.

Aisha B.

Small business owner

Achieved: Went from no movement at all to walking and training four days a week

Foundations

Most advice out there quietly assumes you work nine to five. This was the first time anyone sat down with my actual rota and built something around it. My sleep is still not perfect, and I was told honestly that it would not be, but it is far better and I know exactly what to do on a bad run of nights.

Tom A.

NHS shift worker

Achieved: Found a workable eating and sleeping pattern around rotating shifts

Full Spectrum Programme

One session, seventy-five minutes, and a written plan two days later. I had been going round in circles for months. Having someone ask the right questions and then hand me something concrete was worth far more than the fifth self-help book would have been.

Elena V.

Returning to work after parental leave

Achieved: Rebuilt her routine from scratch after a major life change

Single Session Reset

The monthly check-in is the reason it lasted. Twice now I have started to drift and it got caught in week two instead of month six, when it would have meant starting over. It costs me forty-five minutes a month and it has saved me from undoing two years of work.

R. O.

Finance, long hours

Achieved: Two years on and the habits have held through a job change and a house move

Ongoing Support

Worth saying plainly

What these stories are, and what they are not

Testimonials are the easiest thing on any coaching website to overstate, so here is the honest framing.

These are individual experiences

What worked for one person is not a promise of the same result for anyone else. Different lives, different constraints, different pace.

Progress is rarely linear

Every one of these included weeks where nothing moved. The difference was having a plan that expected those weeks rather than one that fell apart in them.

Coaching is not treatment

Nothing here diagnoses or treats a medical condition. Where clinical support was the right answer, that is what I pointed people towards.

The next story could be a fairly ordinary one, and that is the point.

Nobody in these stories transformed their life in a fortnight. They changed one thing, held it, and then changed the next. That is available to you too.
