Free wellness assessments

Find out where to start, before you spend a penny

Four short assessments covering the areas that most often hold everything else back. Answer honestly rather than aspirationally, and you get a result, a summary and three specific actions the moment you finish.

  • Three to five minutes each

Short enough to finish in a coffee break, long enough to tell you something useful.

  • No sign-up, no email wall

Your result appears on screen the moment you finish. Sharing it with me is entirely optional.

  • Reflection, not diagnosis

These show where your attention is best spent first. They do not diagnose anything and do not replace a clinician.

Load and recoveryAbout 4 minutes

Stress & Recovery Check

Stress is not the problem on its own. Trouble starts when the load keeps arriving and the recovery never does. This check looks at both sides of that equation across a normal week of yours.

What you will learn

  • Whether your recovery is keeping pace with the demands on you
  • Which part of the day is quietly costing you the most
  • The one change most likely to give you room back
6 questions, results on the spot
Sleep and rhythmAbout 3 minutes

Sleep Quality Quick Screen

A short screen covering how you fall asleep, how you stay asleep, and how you feel when you wake. It looks at the whole twenty-four hours, because sleep is shaped long before bedtime.

What you will learn

  • Which part of your night is the weak link
  • How much your daytime rhythm is affecting your sleep
  • Two changes that usually work faster than going to bed earlier
6 questions, results on the spot
Eating patternsAbout 4 minutes

Nutrition Habits Snapshot

No food diary and no judgement. This snapshot looks at the shape of your eating: timing, structure and how steady your energy is between meals, which is usually where the real answers sit.

What you will learn

  • Whether the issue is what you eat or when you eat it
  • Where your energy dips are actually coming from
  • One structural change worth more than ten rules
6 questions, results on the spot
Values and routineAbout 5 minutes

Lifestyle Alignment Quiz

The widest of the four. It asks how closely your actual week matches the life you would say matters to you, and where the gap is costing you most. Useful if you are doing everything right and still feel off.

What you will learn

  • Where your time and your priorities have drifted apart
  • Which area to work on first for the biggest return
  • Why previous attempts at change did not hold
6 questions, results on the spot

What to do with what you find

A score is only useful if it changes what you do next. Here is the order I would suggest.

  1. 01

    Take the lowest one seriously

If one area scores well below the others, that is almost always where the constraint sits. Start there even if it is not the area bothering you most.

  2. 02

    Pick one action, not three

Every result gives you three suggestions. Choose the one you could still do on your worst week, and leave the other two for later.

  3. 03

    Retake it in six weeks

Progress in this area is quiet and easy to miss. Taking the same assessment again is the simplest way to see movement you would otherwise argue with.
